The Youth Kung Fu Class will be teaching
various Shaolin Martial Arts, including
basics skills, punching and kicking
techniques, as well as conditioning
and stretching techniques. The goal
is to help children improve their body
flexibility and overall health and also
foster their martial virtues, perseverance
and independence so they will become
more disciplined and more confident in
themselves.
