The Shaolin meridian healing Class teaches exercising methods from Shaolin Yijin Jing (Muscle/Tendon Change Classic) and Shaolin Health Qi Kung. Both exercise systems follow the laws of Mother Nature with emphasis on exercising with integrated body and mind. The Shaolin Qi Kung mainly focus on practicing Jin (vitality), Qi (energy), Shen (mind), which not only eliminates the waste products of metabolism, but also nurses the internal organs and the whole body system. You will learn movements leading the breathe and energy to circulate all over the body and also stretching torso and limbs to strengthen your bone, tendon, and ligament so that your body becomes more flexible and your wellness more sustainable.
